Online Workshop Requirements
The following requirements are mandatory in order to help you and the rest of the workshop attendees have the best online workshop experience possible:
A PRIVATE DISTRACTION FREE SPACE:
Interruptions change the experience for you and the rest of the attendees. While this workshop is being offered online, you and the others attending the workshop deserve to have an experience as if you were at the workshop in person.
The workshop is interactive and requires a completely private space, free of potential distractions and interruptions, and without others present as you will be participating on mic and camera in a small intimate group for the entire day.
This requirement is in place to create an uninterrupted sanctuary for self exploration and personal growth. All participants need to have a distraction free environment as though they were attending the workshop in person. This is time and space dedicated to you and the rest of the participants. It is crucial that all attendees of our online workshops contribute to the private, sacred, and confidential space that creates the container of safety necessary to do this type of work.

- This means no significant other, family member, child, house guest, friend, or roommate in the background, within earshot, or knocking on the door to interrupt.
- Pets are wonderful but tend to be distracting such as needing to be fed, let out to go to the bathroom, having special medical needs, tend to vocalize or interrupt for attention, or pulling the focus from the workshop as a whole (it is hard to ignore that adorable tail entering the frame every now and then), please make other arrangements for your entire workshop time.

ADEQUATE INTERNET CONNECTION & COMPUTER WITH HIGH QUALITY CAMERA AND MICROPHONE:
- Make sure you have a stable or high speed internet connection and that you are hard wired in if possible, as wifi can be unstable. This will help avoid interruptions attributed to technology during the session.
- Test your system by making an online call of at least 10 mins to troubleshoot the quality of your connection. Due to the unpredictable nature of internet connections and technology occasional interruption may happen.
- Headphones are required so that you can hear communications clearly and it prevents excess feedback and/or echo.
- Before the workshop, please restart your computer and test your headphones, mic and camera to ensure it is working properly. Technical issues can eat up workshop time very quickly. Being prepared will help you and other attendees get the most out of the workshop.
- These requirements are in place to prevent attendees from losing out on time and/or fully participating in the workshop.
